We aim to provide the highest level of care for all cats in our care and treat each pet as if it were our own. Our well equipped facilities are maintained to the highest standards and the centrally heated cattery provide a comfortable place for your cat to eat, sleep and exercise. The cattery is located away from the kennels to avoid disturbing the cats.  Please feel free to bring bedding to provide additional comfort to your pet.

Staff: All staff are real pet lovers and are experienced in handling and caring for cats.

Feeding: Individual likes and dislikes are catered for and only food of the best standard of food is provided. All food is prepared in hygienic conditions. If your cat is on a special diet please ensure you provide all food for the stay.

Exercise: All cats get regular exercise in secured areas.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.  All deposits are non-refundable.  Payment is required upon entrance of your cat.  All days booked must be paid for.  We offer a 5% discount when you are also placing a dog in the kennels.  Please note that there is an extra charge for Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays and Easter, and a 5 day minimum booking is required for the Christmas and Easter periods.  Administration of medicine is 50p per day.

Heating:  Heating is £1.50 extra per cat per day, and is compulsory from October to March.  Please request heating if necessary outside this time.

Insurance:  Insurance is compulsory, if not covered the cost is £3.00 per week, per cat please state if needed when placing a booking.

Belongings:  Any belongings brought are left at the owner’s risk, no responsibility can be accepted.

Veterinary Care: Should your cat become ill whilst in our care they will receive immediate veterinary attention.  If you have your own insurance it must be produced on arrival.  We charge a small fee for insurance cover for any veterinary charges.  A cost of £ 15.00 will be levied to and from the vet. 

Health: For a small additional fee staff will administer any medication as instructed by owner. Diabetic injections are charged at £ 3.00 per day.  No pet suffering from infectious or contagious diseases can be accepted. All previous illnesses must be reported.

Vaccinations: All pets must be fully vaccinated and owners must produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate. All cats must have been innoculated against Feline Panleucopaenia, Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, and Feline Calicivirus. (Feline Leukaemia Virus and Chlamidia recommended.)  The course of vaccinations must have been completed at least 4 weeks before date of arrival.  Full details under conditions of acceptance on booking form.
