We aim to provide the highest level of care for all dogs in our care and treat each pet as if it were our own. Our well equipped facilities are maintained to the highest standards and the centrally heated kennels provide comfortable place for your dog to eat, sleep and exercise. We cater for dogs of all sizes and will endeavour to meet specific nutritional requirements. The kennels are set in a spacious private Essex farm with plenty of space to keep your dog fully exercised.

Staff: All staff are real pet lovers and are experienced in handling and caring for pets.

Feeding: Individual likes and dislikes are catered for and only food of a high quality is provided. All food is prepared in hygienic conditions.

Exercise: All dogs are walked three to four times a day individually and can exercise in secured areas.

Veterinary Care: Should your dog become ill whilst in our care they will receive immediate veterinary attention.  If you have your own insurance it must be produced on arrival.  We charge a small fee for insurance cover for any veterinary charges.  A cost of £ 15.00 will be levied to and from the vet. 

Health: Staff will administer medication advised by the  owner.  The cost of this is £ 1.00 per day, Diabetic injections are charged at £ 3.00 per day.   No pet suffering from infectious or contagious diseases can be accepted.   Customers are advised to consult their vet regarding innoculation against Kennel Cough.  Details of previous illnesses must be reported.  All dogs should be fleaded and de-wormed previous to kennel stay.

Vaccinations: All pets must be fully vaccinated and owners must produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate. All dogs must have been innoculated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Canine Parvovirus and other relevant diseases.  The course of vaccinations must have been completed at least 4 weeks before date of arrival.  Full details under conditions of acceptance on booking form.

Prices:  Prices are quoted per day (include arrival and departure dates)

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.  All deposits are non-refundable.  Payment is required upon entrance of your dog.  All days booked must be paid for.  We offer a 5% discount for 2 dogs or more.  Please note that there is an extra charge for Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays and Easter, and a 5 day minimum booking is required for the Christmas and Easter periods.  Administration of medicine is £ 1.00 per day.  Cross breeds will be charged to the nearest bloodline.

Heating:  Heating is £1.50 extra per dog per day, and is compulsory from October to March.  Please request heating if necessary outside this time.

Insurance:  Insurance is compulsory, if not covered the cost is £3.00 per week, per dog please state if needed when placing a booking.

Belongings:  Any belongings brought are left at the owner’s risk, no responsibility can be accepted.
