NO BOOKING IS CONFIRMED WITHOUT A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM OR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS IF YOU REQUESTED AN ONLINE BOOKING. A DEPOSIT OF £ 30.00 PER DOG OR CAT IS ALSO REQUIRED. THERE WILL BE A DEPOSIT OF £ 50.00 PER DOG OR CAT FOR PEAK SEASON. THE BOOKING FORM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR US TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING.
PLEASE READ: CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE:
1. All dogs must have been innoculated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Canine Parvovirus and other relevant diseases. The course of vaccinations must have been completed at least 4 weeks before date of arrival. We also advice Kennel Cough.
2. All cats must have been innoculated against Feline Panleucopaenia, Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, and Feline Calicivirus. (Feline Leukaemia Virus and Chlamidia recommended.)
3. A current VACCINATION and INSURANCE CERTIFICATE MUST be provided. Photo copies of these can be sent with your deposit.
4. That a veterinary surgeon be called if neccessary. Account to be paid by owner of the dog or cat.
5. Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each animal we cannot be held responsible for loss, from either illness or other cause.
6. All fees payable on arrival unless pre-arranged.
7. All Beds / Leads, etc. are left at the owner’s risk.
8. We must be notified of any medical problems that have occured in the last 6 months.
